Three INHSU films have been shortlisted for the Inter·GLAM video contest and will be screened at the Lisbon Addictions – the European Conference on Addictive Behaviours and Dependencies – taking place from 23-25 November 2022.
Inter-GLAM is a European project, co-funded by the European Union’s DG Justice Programme “Drugs Policy Initiatives – Supporting initiatives in the field of drugs policy”. Within the frame of the collaboration with LxAddictions22, Inter-GLAM is organising a video contest for audiovisual pieces relating to one of the main areas/ thematic tracks of the conference.
The contest called for submissions for two different categories:
- Category 1: creatively showcasing an innovative scientific, technical, or civil society activity
- Category 2: to communicate and bring visibility to stories of impactful and insightful lived experience
Three films from INHSU’s global Connecting with Care Campaign have been shortlisted and will be shown in sessions during the conference. Connecting with Care is a series of films and infographics that showcase innovative models of HCV care from around the world. The film shortlisted are Connecting with Care – South Africa, Connecting with Care – Toronto, and Connecting with Care – Ahtahkakoop.
